Message access can be dispatched via cell, pda, e-mail, paging, fax or voicemail. A live operator can even transfer the caller to a voicemail. So, if you have a six-person practice, each person can have personal voicemail.
Emergency notification can be arranged and changed on request.

1-800-We Answer' pricing is inclusive of your choice of message delivery. Whether you choose to fax, email, or alpha-page, you pay only one low fee. If we call a protocol list of individual numeric pagers, cell phones or landlines, you will only be charged an additional .50 cents per call. 1-800-We Answer can also supply you with a free front-end voicemail system to screen your calls, allowing non-urgent callers to leave a voicemail while urgent or emergency callers are put through to our live operators. This service is free of charge and has the advantage of helping you keep costs to a minimum. You will only be charged for the calls handled by a live operator.
Answering services frequently don't publish their rates.
They ask you personal business questions and set your rate based on how much they think you can afford or are willing to pay. They justify these high rates by promising a quality service, using ambiguous terminology such as "transaction time" or "unit or screen time". Be wary of these terms. Operator-Answered, voicemail-transferred messages (200 billed message units)
Messages may be Faxed, E-Mailed, or Alpha-Paged, for a flat rate of $10 per mo./ea.
Our Alpha-Pager or Voicemail call-in services are available for $20 per mo./ea. No monthly charge will be issued for messages transferred to voicemail.
Traced messages cost .35 cents each. Live Operator Call Patching is also .35 cents per call. Additional account profiles are available for the rate of $5 per mo./ea.
Monthly service billed every 4 weeks. Live service is payable every 8 weeks (Last month required in advance). Billed message units are operator-answered real-time minutes (Fax, E-mail or Alpha-Paging delivered free). Deposit required for tracing, call patching, 800 service. Order taking $25 Setup plus $10 per month.
